LEGO City Undercover was an excellent release way back on the Wii U, and got its deserved rerelease on all platforms early this year. Not to lose out on that hype, Travelers Tales has officially launched the LEGO City Fun Pack for LEGO Dimensions, bringing Chase McCain and a cast of other characters over to the LEGO Dimensions universe. After getting all his chores complete and his homework finished, the highlight of my sons evening last night was busting open The Goonies level pack for LEGO Dimensions and putting together the wicked looking minibuilds that come included. While my overall knowledge of The Goonies is fairly minimal, you cannot help but appreciate how much detail goes in to One Eyed Willy's Pirate Ship and the Skeleton Organ. At a time when fantasy RPG games are dominating the gaming world, smaller games struggle to compete with huge names like Dragon Age and Elder Scrolls to create innovative and beautiful worlds for their heroes to explore. Games like this must continue to be made so that the category is not solely ruled by large franchises; new ideas and creations can be born out of this diversity. One good example is the very fun and very creative ArcaniA: Gothic 4.

EA Sports has announced the full version of the title NHL 16 for Xbox One and PS4 while also announcing NHL Legacy Edition for Xbox 360 and PS3. While the 360 and PS3 versions will include the usual popular modes and same gameplay as they have always included in the NHL games, the Xbox One and PS4 versions will reinstate features that were missing from NHL 15.

Disney Infinity 3.0 first leaked photos of Mulan, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Olaf from Frozen, and characters from Tron as well as characters from the new Disney/Pixar film "Inside Out". Today there are images showing Star Wars characters on the box art as well as the figures of Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars and Ahsoka from Clone Wars.

Listen up, video game collectors. Class of Heroes 2G is getting a limited physical release on the Playstation 3. Gaijinworks will end presale orders on July 27th 2014. The game will also be available on the PSN for $34.99 but if you want to trade, sell, or just put a copy of it on your shelf, then you're going to have to preorder it for $49.99 + $4.99 shipping (in the states).
