We've been playing the Elder Scrolls Online for a long time now on the Xbox One, and always enjoy when new content gets released for the game. Thanks to our friends over at Bethesda, we will be diving into the latest expansion - Summerset - this evening. It has been rumored for awhile that Lego was working on a new game focusing on the DC Super villains. Today that game was announced! We have the announcement trailer below plus my thoughts on Lego DC Super-Villains. Lego DC Super-Villains has been announced for the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is coming out on October 16, 2016. While the above trailer doesn’t reveal any gameplay footage for Lego’s newest game, I’m still pretty excited…

One of the highlights of my PAX East Experience was Bethesda Gameplay Day on April 7th. During this time, guests had the opportunity to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset, The Elder Scrolls: Legends – Houses of Morrowind, Quake Champions, and try Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus on the Nintendo Switch! Ironically, the event was not in the convention center, so people didn’t even need a PAX badge to attend what was essentially a gameplay party including food, drinks, and possibly even SWAG. Yes, I said it, there was EPIC swag! Heart hands, thanks Bethesda!

For those who have been waiting for the remastered Dark Souls, the time has come! Although the Switch version is not currently ready - which is a disappointment to many - Bandai Namco officially launched Dark Souls: Remastered on Xbox One, PS4, and Steam today for the 39.99. Are you ready to re-tackle this fantastic title?

When I heard there was going to be Far Cry 5 DLC coming, I assumed that at the most, we would be exploring a different part of the United States that was also being threatened by a cult, and at the least, we would have more adventures within Hope County, Montana. I was incredibly misinformed and flat out wrong, as the newest DLC pack for Far Cry 5 - launching June 5th - will transport players to Vietnam!

Microsoft has been playing it safe lately. Too safe. They just keep letting third parties take the lead and keep releasing revisions of the Xbox One. And they are lagging behind Playstation and the Switch. Microsoft needs to shake things up.
