FreezeMe has been a Wii U title that I’ve been looking forward to for awhile now. It is a 3D platformer on a system where 2D platformers are more plentiful. The game also looks to have good graphics and fun gameplay. But does FreezeMe live up to my expectations? Here's what I thought of FreezeMe for the Wii U!

When the topic of Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash comes up on the internet, emotions range from disappointment to rage. After playing the game for a lot longer than I should (on my own that is) it would be hard for me to disagree with what a lot of people are saying. That being said, the sub-5 scores I have been seeing seem overly harsh, especially when I look at the number of hours I spent playing locally with others. Mario Tennis does do a lot of things wrong, but when compared to other party games, it works as well as you would want it to.

Just when one would expect the Skylanders formula to get dated, the team at Activision comes up with something new to excite players. This time around, that new mechanic is vehicles. While driving these toys around the level can sometimes be frustrating, their inclusion in Skylanders SuperChargers gives the Skylander franchise a very much necessary kick in the butt. Splatoon is the latest and greatest title by Nintendo to grace the Wii U and boy does it deliver! As we begin our Splatoon campaign we select our character. You select either the boy or girl avatar and then begin the tutorial. Nintendo has had an excellent track record on making its mark with any game genre and this is no different as it takes the concept of a shooter subtracts your typical bullets and guns and adds colorful ink and a splatter blaster to paint the town red, or whatever color you can.
