The Nindies are striking back! Nintendo announced an Indie spotlight video for March 20th. We have more details below. There will be a Nindie spotlight video on March 20th at 11am central time. It will be for indies games coming to the Nintendo Switch. We don’t know what will be shown during the video. There are some indies, like Wargroove, that still haven’t come out. Kirby Star Allies has been available at retail and via the Nintendo eShop for a number of hours now, and many people are likely to be diving into this experience this weekend. Like Mario and Zelda, Kirby is another of the Nintendo franchises that has refused to quit over the past 25 years, and for good reason: despite the 'easy' nature of these games, they continue to appeal to the broader Nintendo fan base, taking the world of platform video games and delivering it to a wider, more accessible audience.
