Fantasy Life was my Game of the Year in 2014. It worked really well on 3DS and I still find myself jumping into it on a weekly basis. While I'll be passing on the mobile version, it does open up the world of Fantasy Life to a wider audience.

A new wave of developers is taking over the consoles and they are releasing polished and interesting games. Some companies do it from a central office - Image and Form Games is based in Sweden, and are best known for SteamWorld Dig and the upcoming SteamWorld Heist - while others are pulling from the best talent around the planets, such as Moon Studios, the company behind Ori and the Blind Forest.

It is one of the most obvious facts that with every latest release of Android games, most of the people get attracted towards it and play it to the level madness. This craziness has been seen in the youngsters almost for each and every game. Also, there is no shortage of different type of strategy games on the Android platform that develops curiosity among players of all levels.

It is official. Mojang posted on their own website that, "Yes, the deal is real. Mojang is being bought by Microsoft." This is probably great news for Microsoft as purchasing a giant such as Minecraft is bound to make them a lot more than they spent. Bubble Blaze is a (very) casual game for Android and IOS devices. The game offers not much in ways of innovation but seems to rely on its cute art style and simple but fun game mechanic.

Popcap's Plants Vs Zombies is one of the biggest casual titles in the world. There were always going to be clones and "influenced bys," but one indie developer has gone one step further. He's turned the tables, letting players get revenge as a gun-toting zombie in Zombie Vs Plants. There's only one question: how long till EA shut the whole thing down?

Excited for the new Godzilla film but disappointed that there's not a video game tie-in to keep you going till the movie is released? Well, actually there is. Godzilla: Strike Zone is absolutely free, playable in web browsers and on smart phones, and it's actually surprisingly good.

Family Guy The Quest for Stuff begins when Peter Griffin, hopeless sap and generally terrible person, accidentally burns down the city of Quahog while fighting with a giant chicken. It's up to you to rebuild it, but not without helping Bonnie dance on a stripper pole, Quagmire release a certain type of farmyard animal from a bottle and Chris masturbate. Get to it!

If you’re a hardcore mobile phone gamer chances are you already know how frustrating it is to not be able to compete against of your friends just because they own an iPhone. While universal coding that will work on multiple platforms is still far from being a real thing, Google has made some serious efforts into trying to close the gap between platforms, their latest step in this matter being the release of a cross-platform game support between Android and iOS.
