State of Decay originally released in 2013 on XBOX 360 has now been re-released in 1080p as State of Decay : Year One Survival Edition for XBOX One, with three playable options to select in the game. The first option is "State of Decay", which is the main campaign, second is a sandbox style of play and the third is additional story and campaign.

Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii was an underappreciated late-comer to the console. Very few people played it, yet those that did were very vocal about it: the looks of the game, how big it was, and how mainstream it could be, despite falling into the JRPG category. When Monolith Soft announced a remake of this beloved title on the New 3DS - first exclusive to the New handheld - fans began to get excited, and some even purchased the New 3DS just for this.

Resident Evil is no longer the game it was twenty years ago and with good reason. Revelations 2 takes a step back towards horror while keeping a lot of what made the newer games fun, but the co-op is at the least disappointing.

Xanadu is an abandoned space ship littered with blood trails, cryptic audio logs, murderous robots, and intense mystery surrounding the events that have taken place there. Originally a research ship orbiting a strange planet, there has been no contact with the crew for months, and one single operative has been sent in to investigate and hopefully bring them home. Koei are perhaps the only developer to have massively embraced the idea of porting their games to next-gen consoles en masse. Dynasty Warriors 8, Samurai Warriors 4, Warriors Orochi 3 and now Dead or Alive 5 have all made the leap with mostly positive results. Mostly positive, because although there's nothing specifically wrong with the shiny, new versions of these games, there's no exactly a whole lot of improvement either.

What you find in Code Name S.T.E.A.M*. is not your usual London. Instead, you'll find a London powered by steam, full of aliens and...Abraham Lincoln? Yup, this iconic America hero, as well as many other real and fictional characters, all team up to rid London of the nasty alien pests; while this sounds completely wacky - which it is - it also works really well, making it one of the best turn based games I've played in a long time.

Card games are great fun when played with friends, but I've never really felt that they have translated well to consoles. Many have tried, but few have been really successful. Hand of Fate is a mash-up between a card game and a hack and slash game and it works really well. Although there are a number of frame rate and lag issues, Hand of Fate is still an excellent experience on Xbox One.

One of the things The Crew has going for it is actually the story. While overall it isn't breaking any major boundaries, it gets off to a great start. Unfortunately, the story becomes secondary to driving across America and essentially doing the same things over and over again, but Ubisoft grips players early with how things pan out. It's a story of crooked cops, a murdered brother, and so much more. The story starts off on a high, and probably would have great throughout had this been a much shorter experience.

Throughout the years, Assassins Creed has become an over-exerted franchise, and a new iteration can be found on store shelves just in time for every holiday season.
