With the Dust Settled, Video Game Fans Need to be Happy

The dust of E3 2021 has settled, and we have had a few days to begin processing all the announcements from this weeks events. While the event has caused console warriors to step up their games on social media, for average, level headed video game fans, last weeks festivities should have us all really excited for the future.

Revisiting my Nintendo Direct Perdictions

Prior to E3 2021, I gave three bold predictions about what titles we might see coming to the Nintendo Switch. If you had the chance to read the article, I predicted we would get a brand new Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle title, a brand new Pokémon Let's Go experience, and one or two GameCube / Wii / Wii U remakes on the Nintendo Switch. Going one for three isn't bad, but let's revisit my predictions and think about how stupid they really are!

More Thoughts From Me E3 Special Edition: And The Winner Is…

E3 2021 is over! Was it the best E3 ever? Nope. Was it fun? Yep. But, who won? Did anyone win? Let’s talk about who the “winner” of E3 is! E3 2021 was alright. It wasn’t the best E3 ever. It wasn’t even the best game related event this year (those State of Plays and the Dragon Quest event rocked) but it did offer some surprises and delightful games. Xbox and Nintendo did good. Ubisoft and Square Enix were not…

More Thoughts From Me E3 Special Edition: Square Enix Brings The Guardians And Not Much Else

Going into the Square Enix E3 event, I had two things I really wanted to see: the rumored Guardians of the Galaxy game and some Japanese Square games. Well, we got both but…let’s get into the event in the article! The rumored Guardians of the Galaxy game is real! Wow. And it looked awesome. I loved it so much. More Thoughts From Me E3 Special Edition: Xbox and Bethesda Bring It

The Xbox/Bethesda event was today and…well, actually it was really really good! Let’s talk about it! I had high hopes going into the Xbox/Bethesda event and guess what? They mostly delivered! I say mostly because I didn’t feel like there was anything too surprising during the event and they did make one misstep, which I will talk about later, but otherwise… The event started with Starfield. It was just a CGI trailer with no gameplay but it looked amazing. I…
