Nintendo Shocked Us at E3

A few members of the GamesReviews staff, along with myself, made a number of E3 predictions for Nintendo. In general, our predictions were pretty safe. But that doesn't mean we cannot ridicule those that were so far off the map; unfortunately for myself, I think I take the brunt of the ridicule. Regardless, here is how things worked out. I put a score on each category to see how well I, as well as the staff, did.

GBA Re-releases Launch on the Wrong Platform

Even after what most are calling an excellent showing at E3 for Nintendo, the obvious sales issues are still at the top of everyone's news list, at least when it comes to Wii U. Tomodachi Life Review

When Nintendo releases a game, it is generally a normal experience. At the worst, it's perhaps a Mario game with a twist, ala Mario Galaxy. Yoshi’s Woolly World Coming in 2015

After a very disappointing launch in Yoshi's New Island on 3DS, Nintendo is quickly trying to win Yoshi's Island fans back with Yoshi's Wooly World. Wooly World is essentially Yoshi's Island, but the fact that everything is made out of yarn opens up the franchise to new, and welcomed, game play mechanics.

Standalone DLC for Infamous: Second Son Announced

More developers need to do what Sucker Punch Productions is doing: selling stand alone DLC that will go along with their latest Infamous title, Second Son.
