LEGO Celebrates Star Wars Day in Style

If you aren't from the NYC area, and haven't seen the information yet online, The LEGO Group recently built a rideable LEGO Brick Millennium Falcon pedicab, which is currently traveling around Bryant Park. Why Disney Magic Kingdoms Is a Good Game For Kids

Disney Magic Kingdoms has often got me out of a bind when dealing with my kids. While we are never fans of having electronics babysit our children, there are situations when my wife and I make exceptions. While we use to just plop on Netflix, we've taken a new approach with our two boys. Both have grown up with a love for Disney, and at 8 and 4 years of age, they've both had their fair share of trips to Walt Disney World, and on some of the most beautiful ships ...

God of War is VERY Popular

While we all knew that God of War was going to sell well, especially when you take into account the outstanding metacritic score it got - aided by a 10/10 from us! - I'm not sure anyone expected the opening weekend sales numbers that Sony has recently published. According to a post on the PlayStation blog, God of War sold 3.1 million units on its first weekend, which is phenomenal for any video game launch.

Re-launching Tropical Freeze a Precursor to a new Donkey Kong Country?

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is re-launching on Nintendo Switch, after a lackluster performance on the Nintendo Wii U. According to VGChartz, the title sold roughly 1.72 million units on the Wii U, being far outpaced by Nintendo's other major franchises, including Mario Kart 8 (8M+), Super Mario 3D World (5M+), New Super Mario Bros (5M+), and Super Smash Bros (5M+). The question ultimately becomes: is re-launching Tropical Freeze on Nintendo Switch a ...

Running Workout with the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier

Tracking fitness levels and goals has become much easier with the introduction of smart phones, but running with a bulky phone strapped to your arm or in your pocket is a real pain! Thankfully, most tech companies have been releasing watches that will do this all for you, although they are not all created equal. We took the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier out for a run, and were thrilled with the feedback we got during our run, and after. Let's take a look!

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Review

Donkey Kong Country is one of Nintendo's longest running franchises, next to Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, and for good reason. The side scrolling, monkey action has been a staple in homes of Nintendo fans for generations, and while the releases are not as frequent as Mario and Zelda, the quality of the games they do release is fantastic. While we await a new Donkey Kong Country experience on Nintendo Switch - which we believe is imminent - returning to ...

Disney Magic Kingdoms – A Stitch’y Situation – Buildings

While the characters are the real draw for playing through the Disney Magic Kingdoms events to completion, I have a soft spot for the buildings as well. Some events lend themselves to cool buildings better than others, and as is the case with "A Stitch'y Situation," some of the buildings are event replications of actual attractions and food sites from Disney Parks around the world. Let's hop into the buildings currently available in Disney Magic Kingdoms Lilo ...
