Thief Runs at 1080p on PS4, 900p on Xbox One
Square Enix have today confirmed to Eurogamer that the PlayStation 4 version of Thief will run at 1080p, whilst the Xbox One version will run at only 900p. It's a minor difference in actuality, and one that they say "you really need good eyes to see the difference."

60% of PS4 Owners have a Vita
Sony's handheld that could might not be, but that doesn't mean it's a complete failure. The Vita is a technical powerhouse, and the capabilities of it make it well worth picking up. That's only been improved upon since the release of the PlayStation 4 as well. Maybe that's why such a huge amount of PS4 owners have decided to pick up a Vita as well.

Call of Duty ’14 to be “Next-Gen-First”
Call of Duty: Ghosts got quite a bit of negative attention when it was first released, for a number of different reasons. It's a decent enough title, but it's obvious - way obvious - that it was made with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 with mind, and then ported to next-gen machines. The next game in the franchise, likely released in November this year, is being made with next-gen hardware in mind.

Dynasty Warriors 8 PS4, Vita Release Date Announced
Koei have just unleashed a new website for Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends, and alongside it have announced a new set of information about the Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition on PlayStation 4 and Vita. Fans of the franchise will be happy to know they can transfer their saves, and everybody else should be saving their pennies for new-gen battlefield action.

Velocity 2X Trailer Released
FuturLab have today released a trailer for their upcoming Velocity 2X, the sequel to the top-ranking Velocity Ultra. Along with the same awesome top-down gameplay that impressed when the original came out last year, Velocity 2X also boasts Metroid-esque action sequences. If you thought you needed to be multi-skilled to make it to the top in Velocity, Velocity 2X is going to be a completely different ball game.

The Order: 1886 Visuals Detailed
There's a lot of excitement about The Order: 1886, a game that was briefly teased at last years E3 and which has only had a splattering of information since. The supernatural Victorian title was earlier this week revealed to be a single-player experience, with no additional social or multiplayer features. Yesterday Andrea Passino revealed some details on the visual features of the game.

New Batman Title to be Announced Soon?
Last year's Arkham Origins was always going to be a filler game. As good as it was, it had the unpleasant task of being stuck between Arkham City and whatever Rocksteady are building for next-gen consoles. How could it compete with one of the best rated games of this generation and the sheer hardware of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One? Soon we'll get to see exactly what we're holding out for - it seems Rocksteady are gearing up for a big announcement.

Konami Comments on Ground Zeroes Length
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes was always something of an oddity. A prologue to a game that might not be out for a couple of years, at almost the cost of a full game? That was never going to fly, so when it was revealed this week that the main campaign lasted only a few hours, people got very upset. How could they charge so much for so little?

Some PS4 Owners Unhappy with 1.6 Update
The 1.6 update hit for the PS4 this morning, and it does surprisingly little - nothing, in fact, if you don't have a camera or a headset, or if you don't watch DVDs. Those who are still enjoying their console regardless of the update or people with cameras and headsets are chuffed to bits over Sony's latest release, but others are less impressed, wondering just where all the features are?

New PlayStation 4 Firmware Update Coming Tomorrow
The PlayStation 4 is one of the best consoles ever released, and that's no exaggeration. Even with that high praise though, there are still a few niggles that run fairly common through the community. Why are certain headsets unsupported? Why can't you mute the microphone on the camera? These issues will be rectified tomorrow, alongside others, in the PlayStation 4 firmware 1.60.
