Introducing two new game modes to the Hitman franchise, Sniper Assassin and Ghost Mode look to expand the traditionally offline and solo playstyle of the previous games into co-op and competitive online multiplayer markets. 2018 Ubisoft Holiday Gift Guide

Ubisoft released a number of fantastic games in 2018, and any one of them would make a fantastic gift under the tree for that special someone in your life...may be yourself! We had the opportunity to review and play them all this year, and it was fantastic! Check them out below - including links to our reviews - and be sure to pick them up this holiday season!

Home Sweet Home Review

Home Sweet Home is a first-person indie-horror game inspired by Thai myths and beliefs that was recently released on PS4 and Xbox One from Thai developer Yggdrazil. Yggdrazil is not known for game creation, as it boasts projects in VFX, Animation, Art Design and Online-Editing categories, with very little focus on games. For a company with such a diverse portfolio, it would be an understatement to say I was surprised with the overall quality of Home Sweet Home.

Team Sonic Racing Delayed

Team Sonic Racing was expected soon (December), but we found out today via the official Sonic Twitter that the game has been delayed till May 21, 2019. Take a look at the tweet below and then come back for my thoughts on this delay. I’m not sure what to think of this delay. We all know Team Sonic Racing (probably) isn’t going to be as good as Mario Kart, but perhaps this delay will make it a better title than…

Thanks to our good friends at AVerMedia, we were setup with the AVerMedia Live Gamer Ultra 4K capture device to begin creating videos on our YouTube channel, and even without secondary ...

NBA 2K19 First Impressions

Thanks to our good friends at Xbox Canada, we were able to take a look at NBA 2K19 on the Xbox One X, and although it had been a few years since we had played a basketball video game - outside of arcade releases - and were pleasantly surprised with how far the genre has come. Shadows: Awakening Review

Released just over a month ago, Shadows: Awakening is an isometric dungeon-crawler RPG with a rich storyline and intriguing game mechanics. Brought to us by Slovakian developer Games Farm, Awakening is the second installment in the Heretic Kingdoms saga. If you’re suddenly worried that you missed the first game, don’t be – this game plays great standalone and you will do just fine treating this as a solo game. For gamers who have dabbled in franchises like Diablo or Path of Exile but didn’t stick around because of the repetitive grind, lack of puzzles and ...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Review

When Assassin’s Creed Origins launched last year it became quickly apparent that the major changes to the franchise propelled that release to my favourite Assassin’s Creed game to date, and it was a sentiment shared by many. One year later, and we have been promised another grand adventure, built on similar changes made to Origins. But with only a year between releases, does this release take a step back? Let’s dive in!
