Far Cry 6 (Stadia)

As a fan of the Far Cry series I was really excited for the next installment. I personally did not enjoy Far Cry 5 as the rest of the games in the series, but I had a feeling things were going to change. We all know Giancarlo Esposito from Breaking Bad where he was the perfect villain, with an all new setting the sky is the limit. This time we play as a voiced character which was absent in Far Cry 5. Upon loading the game and starting I immediately took notice how beautiful Yara is and began to fall in love with the characters. We play as Dani Rojas, you can ...

Ice Age Scrat’s Nutty Adventure (Stadia)

Ice Age featuring five movies so far spanning almost twenty years. I am a fan of the movies with my favourite character being Sid the Sloth obviously. Sid's humour is unmatched and makes for a great time. Then there's Scrat the loveable squirrel that this game is based off of. Poor Scrat always just trying to get a nut, but always ends up missing it to our enjoyment. I was excited to play this game on Google Stadia, I always wanted an ice adventure. Get ready for an icy adventure to you guessed it find nuts, not just any nuts legendary ones.

Madden 22 (Stadia) Review

Every year near the end of August I always find myself excited for many reasons. The Madden franchise is always released close to or on my birthday and pumpkin spice season is just around the corner what more could I want? For the last several years I have been greatly disappointed with Madden and I am hoping Madden 22 finally delivers a touchdown we all deserve. Madden for me has been like a birthday cake filled with vegetables on the inside, nice to look at but not what we necessarily desire in a game.

Cris Tales Stadia Review

Coming from indie developer Dreams Uncorporated is the charming JRPG, Cris Tales. With a striking art style and exciting storyline, Cris Tales looks to breathe new life into the well-established JRPG genre. Not an easy feat to do, in a niche that so many people are passionate about, and one that has been the muse of many a dev before. Can this indie title carve a spot for itself in the esteemed world of timeless JRPGs, or will it be buried in the mountain of games that just didn't quite hit the mark? Let's dive in and take a look!

First releasing on Nintendo in 2018 Octopath Traveler was a big hit selling over two million copies. Square Enix brought us Octopath Traveler on Google Stadia April 28th, 2020. I am personally a huge fan of RPG games so I was excited to give this game a try. Octopath Traveler has beautiful 2D graphics with a SNES feel to it. The game takes place on the continent of Orsterra where we have the option to chose from 8 different characters to start our journey. Each character has their own story and special abilities. Judgment Stadia

Even though Judgment released in June 25th, 2019 on PlayStation 4 I didn’t give it a try. I had a huge backlog of games to play and kept holding it off. Fast forward to April 2021, the game was remastered and released on other platforms. I jumped to play this on Google Stadia, I can’t ignore the convenience Stadia brings for my busy life. I was a fan of the Yakuza series so I knew this game would be a treat as a spin off. The game was developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by none other than Sega a staple in the video game industry.
