Team Sonic Racing – Launch Trailer

Team Sonic Racing is available now! Are you going to play it? Let us know in the comments. Meanwhile, check out the launch trailer for the game. This is a really strange launch trailer. Its more like a commercial for the game than a typical launch trailer. Most of the trailer is live action and a put on of the actual game. When the trailer does show actual gameplay, its very brief. You have to wonder if publishers are ashamed…

More Thoughts From Me #171: My Horrible Nintendo E3 2019 Predictions

I don’t want any of the following predictions to actually happen. I would be very upset if they happened. So why am writing this? Why post horrible predictions like this? Because every year I try to predict Nintendo and I’m wrong. So this year, boy do I hope I’m wrong, but this could be Nintendo’s E3 2019… It is June 11th at 11am central time. Nintendo E3 2019 is about to start… The Switch logo appears. Nintendo shows off Nintendo…

Super Mario Maker 2 Building on the Original

As a huge fan of the original Mario Maker title on Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, I was incredibly excited when Nintendo announced that Mario Maker 2 would be heading to the Nintendo Switch this June. Despite my excitement, however, I also had a few questions I needed answering, most notably, "How much more can they really add to this experience?" Yesterday's Nintendo Direct answered that 10 times over, and then some! Let's dive in!

One of those titles is My Time At Portia, a story driven crafting game that has plenty of charm and will keep you playing for hours. Developed by Chinese developer Pathera Games, and being published by the notorious Team 17 - of Worms fame - this game has just recently hit Steam Early Access, and thanks to the good people over at Team 17, we had the opportunity to take it for a spin!

My Big Sister Review

I’ve played games where there are a lot of blood, cursing, and disturbing moments but I have never played a game like My Big Sister before. This game is so freaky and so disturbing that I’m not even sure I should write this review. For all I know, this could be a Ring sort of situation. You may think I’m kidding but let me tell you about My Big Sister for the Nintendo Switch and then you can let me…

More Thoughts From Me #169: Drifting With The Joycons

I know some people think the joycon controllers on the Nintendo Switch are too small but I’ve always liked them. I especially love playing the system in portable mode with the joycons attached. Unfortunately though, the joycons are not perfect. Let me explain what joycon drifting is and how i finally was able to solve the problem. At least for now. If you’ve never heard of the joycon drift issue 1) Boy are you lucky and 2) let me explain.…
