Pirate Quantum Break to become…a Pirate?

Screens have surfaced showing off main Quantum Break character Jack Joyce sporting an eye patch with a skull and crossbones. First impressions by some have been that someone has found a way to create mods for Quantum Break, but the real situation is both funny and incredibly informative. The developers themselves have added this nifty touch to their game to highlight individuals who have pirated the game. This should make for some interesting comments on some ...

Mini Mario and Friends Early Access

Nintendo has only teased a few details about Mini Mario and Friends, but from what we have seen, it looks intriguing for a free-to-play title. Right now, Nintendo is allowing players to have early access to the game with the purchase of a qualifying amiibo at various retailers, including GameStop, Amazon, and Best Buy. It really is a win-win for Nintendo. Numerous non-amiibo owners will justify the cost of a 9.99 amiibo if it means early access to Nintendo ...

Quantum Break Releases Today

Quantum Break launches on Xbox One and PC today. we loved the title, enough to give it a 9/10. This is a great game, and unique in its presentation. Between the various acts you play through, counter balanced by the numerous TV episodes you will watch, really makes for a gripping and entertaining experience. While the game boasts choice, we do feel the maximum number of times you will play it is twice. However, both times feel different, making the 20 hour ...

RBI Baseball 16

Not a lot has changed between last years RBI Baseball and this years RBI Baseball, but for the minimal "price of entry" it's great to get updated rosters, a few nice fielding additions, and a slightly more crisp and vibrant graphical output. Is RBI Baseball 16 on Xbox One worth it? Without access to a 'true' MLB title, we think so!

Unannounced Xbox Live Sale

A few days ago, a number of Xbox One digital titles went on-sale, unannounced. Why these deals are not being advertised is beyond me, but even a quick search of Google brought up very few results. Regardless, here is a list of what is on sale. It should be noted that I have only seen these discounts for Canadian and America users, so I am unsure if this is worldwide.

The Walking Dead: Michonne Episode 2

From the names of her kids to more revealing flashbacks, Episode 2 of The Walking Dead: Michonne is not quite as good as the first episode, but still provides a great experience for The Walking Dead fans. However, like the first episode, if you don't care about Michonne, there is a good chance you might not care about this string of releases. That being said...who doesn't like Michonne!

Quantum Break Review

Reviewing Quantum Break is an exceptionally difficult task. Reviewing any game that stands on its narrative and story direction is incredibly hard to do. Quantum Break is that type of game, one that is driven by narrative, plots and subplots, and the options of choice. Running through the game and giving our impressions WITHOUT spoiling the story might not make for the greatest review, but it needs to be done none-the-less.

Hitman Updates from Io

Today, Io released a bunch of information for Hitman including a substantial patch and a release date for Hitman Episode 2. Episode 2 (Sapienza) will launch on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. We loved Hitman and gave it a very good review score. Having it come out to us in installments is a really brilliant idea, one that more AAA developers should consider when releasing single player, linear titles.
