Apex Legends Review (Switch)

The good thing about Apex Legends’ recent Nintendo Switch release is that it’s Apex Legends. On the Switch. It’s the same game that you can find on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, with the same content and gameplay. And Apex Legends is a great game — I’ve played since launch day across PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, the Series X, and now the Switch. I love the game. My interest has waxed and waned depending on the season content, but I’ve…

Littlewood Review (Nintendo Switch)

As stated in my first impressions last week: Littlewood is a game that seems to take inspiration from many others but presented in a way I have never seen before. This game technically starts at the end. There was already turmoil in your world. Your character defeated the Dark Wizard. The world of Solemn is finally at peace, but at what cost? You can’t quite remember. You start the game with pretty much a blank canvas, you are greeted by…

New details on Pokemon Snap

During today’s Pokemon Direct, we got a few more details on New Pokemon Snap for the Nintendo Switch due on April 30th. Because the ’90s was also super gimmicky we even went to Blockbuster Video to print out some stickers of our…

Control Series X Impressions

Despite being a critical darling in 2019, I completely slept on Control during its initial release. As a primarily PlayStation gamer in the past, I’d never played any of Remedy’s previous games. Fast forward to now and playing the Series X version of , I can’t believe I skipped the game previously. But I’m also glad to be playing the best possible console version of the game. The core setup of the game reminds me of one of my favorite…
