Warframe Nintendo Switch First Impressions

Warframe, a free-to-play sci-fi action adventure multiplayer game, came to the Nintendo Switch yesterday. I downloaded it and have played it a little bit. Here are my first impressions of Warframe!

Warframe came to the Nintendo Switch eshop yesterday. The game is a free-to-play action adventure multiplayer game. I downloaded the game and have a played it a little bit. Now I want to tell you what I think of it so far.

First of all, Warframe looks fantastic on the Nintendo Switch. Panic Button, the developer who brought Doom and Wolfenstein 2 to the Switch also brought Warframe to the system. They did a great job on those two games and from what I’ve seen so far of Warframe, they’ve done it again. Warframe is jaw dropping!

As for the gameplay, Warframe¬†is fast and furious. I wasn’t too great at the melee, but I had a lot of fun with the guns. The controls on the game seem pretty good.

I had an easy time with the tutorial level, though I admit I got a bit lost in my first regular level. Warframe has massive levels and while there is a map, I still felt it was easy to get lost.

I haven’t had the chance to check out any multiplayer yet. The second level I played was still a single player experiance. Once I’ve played some multiplayer, I’ll write another article talking about that.

Warframe seems like another excellent free-to-play experiance for the Nintendo Switch. I will have more impressions of this game as soon as possible!
