Mars War Logs Launches into Retail Space in UK
Mars War Logs is a decent looking action-RPG available at the reasonable price of £14.99 on Steam, and available soon, digitally, on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The PC version of the game has had its retail launch today as well, although I imagine it basically boils down to sticking a code into Steam anyway. Mars War Logs tells the story of a planet in the midst of a civil war. In a world where water is scarce, corporations battle…
Okami Announcement Likely for Japan Only, Not a Game
The official Okami Twitter account fired up last week, teasing an announcement for the beginning of golden week, a set of holidays in Japan. Although the same Twitter account was quick to confirm it would not be a new game, it hasn’t stopped people getting excited for the possibility of an HD port of Okamiden or an iOS release of the original PS2 classic. Capcom have today confirmed that’s not the case, and that actually, the announcement is probably Japanese-only.…
Grand Theft Auto In Real Life
Forget Grand Theft Auto V, the best Grand Theft Auto experience can be had just by jumping in a car and doing some really reckless stuff. I'm sure that wasn't the intention of the gentleman in this video, but the addition of the GTA IV HUD and a few well-timed sound effects make things even crazier than they were to begin with.
Ratchet & Clank movie announced
By way of a teaser trailer on YouTube, Insomniac Games have announced that the Ratchet & Clank Movie will be hitting theatres in 2015. A Facebook page, Twitter account and a website have also been created in conjunction with the announcement of the film.

Leviathan: Warships Launches Today
I thought I'd seen the weirdest trailer of the day after watching the Killer is Dead trailer, but it's been topped. Leviathan: Warships, a real-time naval combat title from Paradox and Pieces Interactive, has you battle boats with up to three friends. Exactly how the marketing department got from that to the above video is beyond me, but it's still pretty much the funniest thing I've seen all day. "I'm not buying this ship."
Lex Laser Saves The Galaxy, Again – Andrew Grant Interview
Lex Laser Saves the Galaxy, Again is a tactical puzzle RPG for Windows, Linux and Mac, with a tentative release date of the first half of 2014. Currently on Kickstarter, the team from Defiant Mouse are working towards gathering $65,000 towards the finished project, and are currently around 18% there. Within the game, Lex Laser must explore a huge alien world across multiple episodes, whilst collect mining samples and killing aliens. Defiant Mouse are billing it as a tactical rouge-like…
New Killer Is Dead Trailer “Reveals” All
Suda 51 is at it again. The latest trailer for Killer is Dead shows off the many women lead Mondo Zappa will meet over the course of his adventure. Whether flying around on magical needles or acting the femme fatale, it's going to be interesting to see how these crazy exaggerated characters and romantic entanglements work out. And of course, if they don't work out, there's always the Gigolo Glass.
Too Trusting, Dumb or Just Gullible? – What the Fake Phantom Pain Video Says about Gamers
The Phantom Pain: Project Deception video is fake. The person who created it has given it all up in the YouTube comments of their latest video. His last two submissions on N4G have been massively successful stories about his video (although there doesn't seem to be a specific link between him and the writers who wrote those articles). He even took to IGN, defending the video and egging people on. This is a person who has deceived under the guise of some sort of social experiment.
