Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Is the Fastest Selling Game in the Mario Kart Franchise
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a hit! Nintendo has released early sales figures for the game and has said that it is the fastest selling game in the Mario Kart franchise. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe came out on Friday for the Nintendo Switch. The games has already sold “more than 459,000 combined packaged and digital sales in the U.S. on launch day alone (April 28)” according to Nintendo PR. Infinite Mini Golf on Steam
Mini golf games have always been my Achilles heel. The game could be utter garbage - and trust me, I've purchase more than my fair share on 3DS alone! - and I would STILL buy it. Fortunately, I didn't have that worry when I reached out to Zen Studios to look at their latest release, Infinite Mini Golf, which is currently available on Steam, as it has been fantastic from start to finish, even without all the modes available at the moment. Later this month, the company hopes to have it out on other platforms as well, so take this as our first impressions, with a more detailed review when we get the chance to play on multiple platforms with the full experience.

60051 – High Speed Passenger Train
When I look on YouTube at the LEGO cities created by LEGO fanatics, I never consider a city complete without some type of train system. I felt the exact same way about my own city setup, so over the holidays last year I decided to rectify that problem and purchase - actually received as a gift! - the High Speed Passenger Train. With a bit of extra Christmas money, I also bought a few extra boxes of tracks, including LEGO's somewhat new flex-track. Of all the trains available from LEGO, the High Speed Passenger Train is definitely the least impressive, but is also significantly cheaper than some of the other options. Read on to see what we thought of this basic, yet still impressive, train system!

LEGO Launching New Carousel in June
The LEGO Group is coming back around with their lineup of fair-ground Creator sets by releasing their second carousel set to date. This model is from the Creator Expert theme, and will retail for roughly 199.99 US, 249.99 Canadian. The set includes 2670 pieces, and is recommended for ages 16 and up. The LEGO Group seems to have carried over a lot of the ideas from their first go at a carousel set, but have not gone for a 1:1 replica. This is a completely new set that will look great on display, or when used in a larger, play scenario. Let's see what's all included!

Nintendo Fixes Acceleration Issues in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
We at GamesReviews.com feel pretty confident in the following statement: very few people realized Mario Kart 8 on Wii U had an acceleration problem, but yet will be relieved to hear it has been fixed in the Deluxe edition on the Nintendo Switch. When Mario Kart 8 came out a few years ago on Wii U, Nintendo YouTube ambassador Abdallah - who is a big friend of the site - posted a video to his YouTube page regarding an issue with the acceleration numbers when selecting karts. Tokaido might be the most relaxing board game you will ever play, and you have the opportunity to buy the physical version, we strongly recommend it. While not overly complicated, attempting to explain all the rules of the game here would be much too wordy, so we've linked off to a PDF of the rules. In Tokaido, you choose from numerous travelers and begin a trek between two major Japanese villages. Along the way you will stop collect a variety of items that will give you points, and whomever has the most points at the conclusion of the game is deemed the winner.

Cuphead Review
If you wish current video games were as difficult as the games you played in the late 80s and early 90s, you are in luck if you own an Xbox One. Cuphead provides that challenging package you might be looking for, but be aware: it's really, REALLY hard, and there is a good chance you won't have a lot of fun. Cuphead will appeal to a very niche audience, but I wonder how well it will do long term.
