The Roffel home has become consumed by Nintendo Labo, but as we don't have unlimited resources, we opted to go with the Variety Kit which we thought was a better choice for our younger children. Friend of the website, Abdallah, has been rocking out the Robot Kit for a number of days now, and has been posting some great video online showcasing the game in action, as well as how to build the kit itself.

Titan Quest originally release many years ago in 2006 by THQ, but didn’t see a console release until 2018. While the original title was liked by most reviewers - earning a metacritic score of 77 - it wasn’t known coming into launch how it would fair on the Xbox One and PS4. After many hours with the game ourselves, we can say with confidence that the original feel of the game is alive and well, although some polish could have been used to bring the title into the modern age.

The Incredibles 2 will be out this summer and along with it comes LEGO’s first Pixar video game: LEGO The Incredibles. The game will cover the first movie and the second one too. There has been a lot of chatter around the pending release of Dark Souls on Nintendo Switch, and fans were eagerly awaiting May so they could get their hands on a title that has been critically acclaimed across all other platforms. Unfortunately, that release date has been smashed, and the company is looking to release it later this summer instead, alongside the Solaire amiibo.

The majority of the reviews for God of War are in now, and guess what folks: people really like this game, and it may go down as the best game ever released on a Sony platform...ever! Our own 10/10 review highlighted the fantastic character progression and story driven narrative, coupled with the great combat that just gets better as the game progresses. It wasn't just us, however, as reviewers around the globe couldn't stop gushing over this experience!

Outside of Telltale titles were the story is king and gameplay is secondary, there are few games available today that blend both well, at the same time. God of War has done this, has blown my mind, and is definitely an early candidate for Game of the Year. With characters you will care about, a story that is interesting throughout, and a combat system - although it takes time to master - that is a lot of fun, there is little bad to say about this years best video game experience.

When I think of the name Daryl, I always tend to think about The Walking Dead. However now, I’ll be thinking about another Daryl too. Super Daryl Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch is a totally odd game. This game could easily become a cult classic on the Switch. People might look at the previews for this game and go “Thats just too odd.” and pass it by. Legend of Kay, the classic PS2 title that has already been remastered on Nintendo platforms for Wii U, has officially received a release date for the Nintendo Switch version, slated for May 27th, 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the game when we reviewed it on Nintendo Wii U a few years back, and are equally as excited to play it again on Nintendo's modern console.
