Indie World 12-10-19 Video

Nintendo just finished their Indie World video. We have it below in case you missed it. Also, please come back after watching it for some thoughts on the video.

I was very impressed by today’s Indie World video. There were a lot of cool indie games shown!

First off, a sequel to Golf Story was shown. I wasn’t a big fan of Golf Story. I thought it was ok. Sports Story, on the other hand, looks like it’ll be a lot better. The graphics look better, plus there are more sports to play and more to do (dungeon crawling!). I do want to check this game out.

Then Streets of Rage 4 was shown. I’m not a fan of this genre but I’m sure others will be excited for it.

The most impressive game of the entire Indie World video, in my opinion, was Supermash. In Supermash, two game genres are put together one after another to create an endless amount of randomly generated fun. Supermash blew me away and I just cannot wait to play this game. Wait…its not coming out till May 2020?! Nooooo.

Gleamlight looked like a neat action platformer.

Sailforth looked like an amazing sailing adventure game. We don’t have too many those on the Switch.

Dauntless looked pretty awesome graphics wise. I’m not sure if its my type of game but it comes out later today and its free! I’ll be trying it!

I also liked the look of The Talos Principle! Its out later today too.

Stranger’s Wrath, one of my favorite Oddworld games, is coming out in January. Its graphics are showing their age a bit, in my opinion, but the gameplay still looks solid.

I love sims and The Survalists looks like a really good one. I enjoyed The Escapists. This game looks even better!

And finally Librated looks fantastic. I love comic books and this looks like a jaw-dropping meld between comics and video games.

There were other games shown too. Some were neat and others were not so neat.

What was your favorite game shown during today’s Indie World video?
