Pokemon Unbroken Bonds Expansion

It’s another month, and yet another Pokemon expansion, and thankfully this one is just as good as the last. While there are new cards in the mix, it’s great to see that Unbroken Bonds builds off the last expansion pack that introduced Tag Team-GX cards. With more of those to collect, and over 2 dozen full art cards, this will be an expansion you don’t want to miss!

As the 10th expansion for the Pokemon Sun and Moon series of trading cards, you’d expect that things might be getting a bit tired. Thankfully that doesn’t seem to be the case, as Unbroken Bonds introduces even more new cards with some fantastic artwork that I cannot wait to collect. Thanks to the Pokemon Company International, we had the opportunity to look at the Unbroken Bonds Elite Trainer Box, which not only came with packs of cards, but a nice card box, sleeves, dice, and more!

The biggest things many fans will get excited for is the re-introduction of baby Pokemon, which haven’t been seen since the Gold and Silver cards were released way back in generation 2. While there are only a handful available in the 200+ cards available in the English version of the release, the artwork on these baby cards is phenomenal, and for those that collect cards and choose to not play with them, there are plenty of reasons to purchase pack after pack as you attempt to get all the cards in the set.

And there are full art cards out the wazoo! When I looked through the deck list – with pictures – that came inside the Elite Trainer Box, it appeared as if every full art card was more impressive than the last. This really is a fantastic, fully featured expansion for the Pokemon Trading Card Game!
