For the longest time, I often would determine my level of interest in a game after sixty minutes. Growing up, I rented a lot of video games, all of which had to pass the sixty minute test before I would buy it from the store. As a reviewer, I technically can't have a sixty minute barometer - I must review the entire game. However, I often still use my sixty minute rule, even if I plan to play the whole game. With the release of Disney Infinity, the the almost impossible ability to adequately review everything in one 'review,' I've decided to share my thoughts ...

Disney Infinity 3.0 launch this weekend in North America, and if my local Best Buy was an indication, the positive reception from many media outlets are sending people to stores to plunk down hundreds of dollars. By 6 PM local time, the Disney Infinity shelves were nearly empty as fans flocked to the store to grab as much as they could. Good work Disney! Your game has received so much positive attention that people are forgetting the (minor) downfalls of 2.0 and jumping right into an other experience.

Splatoon is the latest and greatest title by Nintendo to grace the Wii U and boy does it deliver! As we begin our Splatoon campaign we select our character. You select either the boy or girl avatar and then begin the tutorial. Nintendo has had an excellent track record on making its mark with any game genre and this is no different as it takes the concept of a shooter subtracts your typical bullets and guns and adds colorful ink and a splatter blaster to paint the town red, or whatever color you can.

When Disney Infinity 3.0 launches officially in the fall we will be exposed to the world of Star Wars in addition to the world of Marvel and Disney. As reported earlier this month Disney Infinity 3.0 will be entirely based on Star Wars with each movie trilogy getting it's own play set and each Star Wars figure being able to play in each of the play sets. Disney Infinity 3.0 will also release Tron Figures, Mickey, Minnie, Olaf, Mulan, and all of the Inside Out characters under the Disney label. Lego Dimensions is releasing their own toy to game series in September with the starter pack hitting stores in September, today there were other packs confirmed as well.

Disney Infinity 3.0 details emerge in Game Informer revealing Star Wars as headliner and additional figures for toy box to release in the Fall of 2015.

Disney Infinity 3.0 first leaked photos of Mulan, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Olaf from Frozen, and characters from Tron as well as characters from the new Disney/Pixar film "Inside Out". Today there are images showing Star Wars characters on the box art as well as the figures of Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars and Ahsoka from Clone Wars.

"Toys, toys, I love toys" was a five word chant I would say as I marched around the house with my one and a half year old son because of all of the toys he had accumulated. I am very much to blame for it as I collected all of them and then his interest grew even more the older he got. As we continued to collect Disney Infinity toys he would continue to keep up the chant and march around the house.

Nintendo continues to innovate and change when it comes to their Mario Party series, but it's time for them to revert back to what made the game successful back on the N64. Regardless, despite a few issues that plague this particular title, Mario Party 10 is still a game worth a few plays.
