More Thoughts From Me: The Cowabunga Collection Looks So Cool

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise has been having a great year. Shredder’s Revenge came out and has sold over a million copies so far and the Cowabunga Collection is on the way. Recently we got another tease of the collection and I want to talk about it. Check out the video below and then my thoughts!

Wow. The TMNT Cowabunga Collection looks amazing.

First of all, look at the main menu. The black and white comic art around the game selection just looks awesome. There’s supposed to be a lot of fun extra material included in this collection, artwork and more, and this menu seems be the first hint of that.

There’s a lot of gameplay footage shown too. I love the Turtles artwork around each of the games. I hope I won’t be too distracted looking at them. Maybe there’s a way to turn that off. Not sure I’d want to but hopefully there’s border options. Each of the games graphics look good in the collection too. Even the Gameboy games!

I am so excited about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cowabunga Collection. I know how I mentioned before that I was a huge TMNT fan when I was a kid. I watched the toon, saw the movie, went to the musical, read the comics, and yes, played the games too. I’m especially excited about playing the Arcade game again. I played the NES version, and I actually played the game in an arcade too! Its going to be super exciting to have all of these games to play whenever I want. I’m still stunned that this collection is happening. I wish we had a solid release date for the game but so far they are only saying later this year.
