From a build quality persepctive, these controllers form PDP are just as good as the official wireless Pro Controller form Nintendo. I never wonder if these can withstand abuse from my kids because I’ve never had a PDP controller fail on me. Whether it’s Cheetos dust covered fingers, drops of pop and juice, or whatever else my kids can manage to get all over them, they continue to work well. In my house they’ve been thrown around, stepped on, kicked, dropped…you name it, my kids have managed to do it. And yet, they are all working perfectly, and that is saying something.

The build quality is excellent, and they feel great to use. The Rock Candy controllers are also great. While not on the same level as the Faceoff controllers, they are still very versatile and built VERY well, and come in much cheaper. For that 2nd, 3rd or 4th controller, it is an excellent option to keep costs down.
