Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 Story Trailer

Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch (and other systems) next month! We are finding out more and more about this game all time. And a new trailer was released for the game today! Check out the trailer and then come back for my impressions on the game, plus some more details about the game and its upcoming DLC.

Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 14th, 2017.

The new story trailer is narrated by Cosmo (!!), the Russian space dog, and tells us more about the games story. We also see a boat load of cool Marvel characters in this trailer, including the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Avengers, Spider-man, Lockjaw, and more!

I really liked this trailer. It was great to see Cosmo and the Guardians get a lot of time in the spotlight. And the Hulk, the Avengers, Spider-man and the rest looked great too. This game looks like a ton of fun.

Oh and if the characters included in this game are not enough for you, then you should definitely keep an eye out for the upcoming DLC for this game! I’m especially excited about the Agents of Atlas DLC!!!

Here are the DLC details via an e-mail we recieved from WB PR:

“LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Season Pass details were revealed and will feature six Level Packs and four Character Packs. The Level Packs will feature content inspired by a number of upcoming Marvel films and television series, including Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Marvel Studios’ Black Panther, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and The Wasp, Cloak & Dagger and The Runaways. The Character Packs, including Agents of Atlas, Champions, Out of Time and Classic Guardians of the Galaxy, will add more than 60 new characters to the main game’s diverse roster of over 200 Super Heroes and Super Villains.”

Oh and these characters were revealed for the regular Lego Marvel 2 game at New York Comic Con:

“Various new characters were revealed, including Grandmaster (Thor: Ragnarok), Valkyrie (Thor: Ragnarok), Arizona Annie, Blade, Captain Avalon, Charlie-27, Chipmunk Hunk, Dormammu, Ghost Rider & Hell Cycle, Hellcow, Hobgoblin, Hulk 2099, Koi Boi, Lady Spider, Luke Cage, Misty Knight, Morbius, Phantom Rider, Red Wolf, Living Totem, Squirrel Girl, Super Adaptoid and Ursa Major.”
