New Gameplay Commentary Trailer for Upcoming Open-World Adventure Tchia

Tchia was first unveiled back in 2021 and was originally planned for 2022 but as things go nowadays it’s pushed to spring of next year. In Tchia you play as Tchia on her own journey to rescue her father from the cruel tyrant, Meavora. The game gives off strong Wind Waker vibes visually, and has alot of mechanics that should seem familiar to fans of The Legend of Zelda series. You can climb and glide like Breath of the Wild, You can sail like in Wind Waker, even play music like Orcarina of Time.

But this isn’t simply some clone, alot of uniqueness is also strong here with Tchia’s special gifts of soul jumping. You can take control of any animal or object you can find, and this game has over 130 different things you can possess to make your journey easier. You can take flight as a bird to traverse lots of ground easily, you can explore the ocean as a fish or dig for treasure as a dog. There is alot to love about this game already.

The game’s director Phil Crifo has just released a bit of gameplay with his commentary showing off what this game is all about. You can check that footage out HERE

Tchia is expected to drop in the spring on all current consoles and PC.

Married and father of 3 children he has been gaming since the ripe age of 6 when he got his first NES system and over 30 years later he is still gaming almost daily. Kevin is also co-founder of the Play Some Video Games (PSVG) Podcast network which was founded over five years ago and is still going strong. Some of his favorite gaming series includes Fallout and Far Cry, he is a sucker for single player adventure games (hence his big reviews for Playstation), and can frequently be found getting down in one battle royale or another. If it's an oddball game, odds are he's all about it.
