Battlefield Premium DLC Free for All on Xbox One, PS4

Although rumors have surfaced that EA is giving away Battlefield Hardline and Battlefield 4 Premium DLC first to only EA Access members, many outlets are reporting – and many consumers are indicating – that this DLC has been free since earlier this week for all Xbox and Playstation owners.

If you log into your Xbox One or Playstation accounts on either your current generation consoles, or on PS3 and Xbox 360, you will be able to snag a few DLC packs for free, right now. Battlefield 4’s Dragon’s Teeth DLC and Hardline’s Robbery DLC will be free from now until May 10th. To coincide with this news, it appears as if Battlefield 4 is available to Xbox Live Gold members for just under $10.00 while both Battlefield titles are under $10.00 on the Playstation Store.

If you have never played either title, now is a good time to jump in and enjoy a few of the better Battlefield games to date. Battlefield 5 announcements should begin raining down on us soon. If you are not willing to fork over money now for these titles on Xbox One or Playstation 4, perhaps wait for either games to be features as a Games with Gold or PS+ title down the road. It would not be inconceivable that these might be offered around the launch of Battlefield 5 to generate some hype and attention.

VG247 had this to add about extra packs being offered for EA or Origin Access Members,

It seems EA and Origin Access members stand to get even more free free content. On Xbox One, EA Access members can grab Battlefield Hardline Premium as well as Battlefield 4 Premium. Premium is the season pass for either game, and nets you access to all DLC.

The offer to EA and Origin Access Members is valid until September 1, and EA Access members can claim it right from the app on Xbox One.
