Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is an upcoming SpongeBob SquarePants video game. It is set to be released for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It’s going to be released on June 23, 2020. It is a remake of Battle for Bikini Bottom, which was released in 2003. Like the original game, the player will control SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy to save Bikini Bottom from the robot army created by Plankton. A new multiplayer mode will be added and content that was cut from the original game will be added back in.
