It has been a few months since I picked up Elder Scrolls Online and put some significant time into it, but with a new paid Dragon Bones DLC and free Update 17 on the horizon, that is about to change. Bethesda announced today that new features are coming to the popular online multiplayer experience, that brings not only new content, but features that long time fans have been asking about for a long time.

When the clock ticks past 11:59 PM on New Years Eve and everyone celebrates a new year, its hard not to reflect on the past year, and what’s to come, whether in our personal lives, professional lives, or even our gaming lives. Nintendo easily won 2017, despite Sony having a really good showing, and although Microsoft launched a new console this year, it seems to have already sold the bulk of its units to early adopters, as sales have drastically trickled off. Far Cry 5 is Ubisoft's next highly anticipated title in the Far Cry series, and this time around, the developers are tagging America as its playground for some crazy, over the top mayhem. The early looks and videos of Far Cry have been spectacular, detailing a bit of the back story - a religious cult attempting to take over America - as well as some of the gameplay, which surprisingly includes fishing. Today, Ubisoft released yet another trailer for the game title, "The Resistance."

Turtle Beach is no stranger to headset releases, especially those tied to video game launches. We've had lots of Nintendo figures, Master Chief to represent the Microsoft interests, and tons of figures that represent multiplatform gaming and comic book fandom, but one company has yet to come to the table for a Pixel Pal release. The fans of the ONE PIECE franchise are incredibly loyal bunch, and after playing Bandai Namco's first release on the Nintendo Switch, I was hooked myself. It's very much a JRPG, but with a number of unique elements that make the franchise pop like it does! Bandai Namco announced today that the next installment in the ONE PIECE franchise, ONE PIECE: World Seeker will be coming to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC next year. The first Portal game is one of my favorite games ever. Its not a very long game but it packs a punch. And you gotta love that ending song! I never could get into Portal 2 though.  I did enjoy GLaDOS appearance in LEGO Dimensions though. And now shes back! A new Portal spinoff game, Bridge Constructor Portal, has been announced.
