Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain was announced today by Nintendo. The game will coming out on December 3rd, 2021.
Big Brain Academy looks very similar to the popular Brain Age series that started on the DS. Both games are all about testing your brain with brain teasers, both numerical, pictorial, and word games.
There some differences between the two games though. Brain Age was just a single player game, while Big Brain as four player multiplayer support! There is a touch screen game that you can play with two-players on one system in handheld mode. And the four player looks to be a TV affair. The game also has online multiplayer!
Big Brain Academy was a surprise announcement today. This was not a game was expected for the holiday season. It will likely not appeal to everyone but to me, it looks like it could be a fun sleeper hit for the Switch!
