April O’Neil Announced As Playable Character in TMNT Shredder’s Revenge
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) Shredder’s Revenge received a new trailer today during Gamescom. And a new fighter was revealed for the game!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge is officially coming out in 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PC, and other consoles. Today’s Gamescom trailer revealed that…APRIL O’NEIL will be a fighter in the game.
For those who do not know, April is a reporter who befriended the Turtles. She is probably their closest human friend. While it was expected that all of the Turtles would be fighters in Shredder’s Revenge, it is a total surprise seeing April join the fight. A very welcome surprise!
She looks really cool in this game. In fact, the whole game looks awesome!
I have to admit I was really hoping that this game would come out this year. I’m a huge TMNT fan, have been since I was kid, and this game looks amazing. It reminds me so much of TMNT 2: The Arcade Game for the NES. Though a thousand times better of course!
Here’s hoping that there will be more surprise playable characters. It would be so cool if Casey Jones is one of them! Can you imagine?!
