At only 230 pieces for 49.99 USD, many people are instantly going to ask if the initial investment into this set is worth the number of pieces you will receive. Part of the decision making process might revolve around the perspective age of the person putting the set together, but it is also important to remember that this set comes with many large, already constructed pieces.

That being said, the set comes with some unique pieces and figures you might not find anywhere else. Here is a bit more from The Nerdy Mouse Blog:

Ultimately, the price you pay for the number of pieces you get is extremely high, but there are a lot of great perks to this set that cannot be overlooked. First and foremost, it is a Disney licensed set, which instantly makes it more expensive, and also more desirable to many LEGO fans. Even these sets can be extremely hard to find a few months after release.

Second, there are a number of great minifigures included in this set that are incredibly hard to find elsewhere, including Buzz, Woody, Bo Peep, and Toy Story 4 newcomers Bunny and Ducky. These characters alone might convince someone that this is a worthwhile set to own.

Are you a fan of Toy Story or The LEGO Group? Is this something you plan to pick up soon? Let us know, and join the conversation over on twitter!
