Fortnite Nintendo Switch Impressions

Fortnite came to the Nintendo Switch yesterday. If you have a Switch, you probably already know that. Its been reported that 2 million people have downloaded the game so far! And thats just in 24 hours! Who knows how many people will download it in the end. It is a free download on the Switch eshop. If you don’t have it, I recommend getting it. Why? Let me tell you what I think of it so far.

Fortnite is free on the Nintendo Switch as well and it is awesome.

Let me back track a little. I barely knew anything about the game before people started talking about it coming to the Switch. And I hadn’t seen much of it before Nintendo showed it during their E3 Nintendo Direct. I hadn’t played the game on another system. This is new to me.

The growing interest of Fortnite caught the attention of bookmakers as well, who are getting ready to roll out betting odds for major events. For an up-to-date list of Fortnite betting sites, take a look over esportsbettingtop.com.

Its amazing how easy it is to jump into Fortnite. All you have to do is sign in with your Nintendo account. You don’t have to make a Fortnite account if you don’t want to but if you do, you’ll be able to play your Fortnite levels on Xbox, PC, mobile, and Switch. Not Playstation 4 though. Sony doesn’t like crossplay with Nintendo.

But personally, I didn’t start a Fortnite account. I’ll only be playing this game on my Nintendo Switch. And what game this is!

The gamame is easy to learn. Basically, it is a massive multiplayer online free-for-all. You are put onto a team with each match, but you don’t have to team up with anyone if you don’t want to. Fornite provides a large landscape to explore and you can do just about anything you want to. You can explore, find weapons, build stuff, shoot other players, kill them, take their stuff, get killed, and more. Fortnite is a fun game even when you are losing. Well mostly. Sometimes it can be frustrating, especially if you just landed on the ground and someone kills you…

Overall, I’m having a lot of fun with Fortnite. I highly recommend this game. It is free. You don’t have to buy anything. Whether you’d like to play Nintendo or PC version that depends on your personal preferences! For better gaming experiences on your PC you can check the TSM Myth Settings. Now go get Fornite right now! I’ll see you online.
