Playstation said “Big day tomorrow” to Nintendo America. I wondered what they were talking about! It turns out that there is a State of Play tomorrow too!! Whoa. This morning Sony fans finally got the news they’ve been waiting for. God of War Ragnarok has a release date of November 9th 2022. Along with this they have released a new CGI Trailer titled Father and Son. While the trailer doesn’t give us a whole lot it is still very cool to see Kratos and Atreus back in action and side by side. Outside of Telltale titles were the story is king and gameplay is secondary, there are few games available today that blend both well, at the same time. God of War has done this, has blown my mind, and is definitely an early candidate for Game of the Year. With characters you will care about, a story that is interesting throughout, and a combat system - although it takes time to master - that is a lot of fun, there is little bad to say about this years best video game experience.

Sony hit it home this E3 with games galore, which is what most people are looking for at an E3 Briefing. All the big PlayStation franchises are heading back to the system, including God of War, Shadow of the Colossus, Monster Hunter, and more. While their presentation itself could have used some spicing up, the content was there.

In July, the 3DS sold more units than the Playstation 4 or the Xbox One in North America. Many have been trying to say that Pokemon Go had something to do with that.
