One of my favourite things to do onboard Disney Cruise Line is to get dressed up, go to our 5:45 dinner reservation, and cap the evening off with a Broadway style show in the Walt Disney Theatre. When onboard any of Disney Cruise Line's ships there is one thing you can be guaranteed: a wonderful evening in a interactive dinning room called Animators Palate. Animator's is themed around Disney and Pixar animation, and no matter which ship you are on, you are in for a fantastic experience; available in restaurant activities are ship specific, and itinerary length specific. Regardless, no matter which Animator's Palate you eat at - Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wonder, or Disney Magic - you are in for a very magical experience.

One of the more brilliant additions to the two newer Disney Cruise Line ships - The Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy - is the inclusion of Mickey's Midship Detective Agency, named properly because it can be found on Deck 5 and Deck 2, midship. Mickey's Detective Agency will allow young and old alike to solve a number of onboard crimes by utilizing clues hidden within paintings around the ship. A few weeks ago, my wife and I boarded Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream to not only celebrate our 5 year anniversary, but also to check out some of the great entertainment options available on board so we could share those with out readers. Thanks to the great people at Disney Canada, our original family trip has been supplemented with extra tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and extra perks aboard Disney Cruise Line. In a few months, I will be heading down to Port Canaveral, Florida to hop on Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream ship for a 4 night sailing to the Bahamas.
