New Trademarks Point to Pokemon Moon / Sun

pokemon_sun_moon.0.0

New trademarks for two new Pokemon games have surfaced which probably ruins the purpose behind tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct. While there was no console specification on the trademarks, we are left to assume it is another 3DS “Gotta Catch ’em All” iteration. I’m game, are you?

While Pokemon games don’t change much from generation to generation, new stories, areas to explore, and Pokemon to find is still exhilarating. We won’t officially know anything until tomorrow, but we are hoping that these titles are getting release dates this year, hopefully sooner rather than later. Remember, the latest Pokemon release was just an enhanced version of Sapphire and Ruby, so it is time to get something new.

Could this title be available as early as this summer, or do you feel like this will be a Holiday 2016 release? And would you be game to see the 3DS style game on the Wii U like I would? Only time will tell…about 18 hours in fact. Then we will know.
