Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Deserted Island Getaway Package Primer (Video)

Nintendo of Japan revealed a new short advertisement for Animal Crossing New Horizons on New Year’s Day. Today, that ad was translated  and released by Nintendo of America! Please take a look and come back for some thoughts on it.

The Deserted Island Getaway Package Primer video is pretty short.That said, its very exciting to see Nintendo ramping up the hype for the game!

And best of all: the official box art for the game is revealed at the end! Two new characters appear on the boxart: whats been speculated as a Dodo bird pilot and a new Beaver character.

The Dodo bird is most likely the plane’s pilot. The Beaver could be a relation to Chip, the beaver that ran the fishing tournament in the other games, or he could be a new villager type. Nintendo hasn’t revealed anything about the two characters yet.
