Nintendo Booth @E3: Rekindling a Childhood Love

During this first trip to E3 I had the distinct honor and pleasure of a Nintendo Booth tour and meeting with Julie Gagnon, from Nintendo Canada. In preparing for this meeting I reflected on my history with Nintendo, from Nintendo classic to SNES to Nintendo 64 and WiiU. I've had my share of joy from Nintendo Products over decades, from: Mario, Super Mario, Mario RPG, Wetrix, and Splatoon. To be honest, I hadn't played Nintendo games much over the past few years, but this visit felt like visiting a friend from my childhood.

WoW Hacking Techniques and How to Avoid Them

Whether for selling your gold, advertising or simply griefing, hacking in World of Warcraft has been an issue ever since its release. The amount of security Blizzard puts in place is directly proportional with the effort hackers make in order to gain access to players' accounts, so it's safe to say your account's safety shouldn't be taken for granted.

Online Gambling Software Suppliers Explode

There was a time, not too long ago, when the online gambling world was dominated by just a handful of software providers. Players who liked playing slots online spent almost all of their time playing games built by Microgaming, NetEnt, and IGT. Titles from other software companies either didn’t measure up or, more often, never came up at all. No more.

More Switch Cases coming from PDP

Earlier this year, when we unboxed and reviewed our Nintendo Switch, we also looked at a pile of accessories from Performance Design Products. One of our favourite items - outside the Elite Player Backpack which is phenomenal! - was the Nintendo Switch carrying case, which at the time was themed in multiple ways: The Legend of Zelda, generic Mario, and a charcoal gray, classy looking case. PDP is adding another theme to their lineup of cases: Mario Kart!

Ever Oasis First Impressions

Ever Oasis was not something I was looking forward too, and for what ever reason, even the Treehouse Live presentations were not getting my pumped for this release. However, it wasn't until I played the game last night that I understood the huge appeal. I hope more people are willing to give Ever Oasis a try as it could be a very successful, new IP for Nintendo!

Miitopia – Adventure awaits your Tomodachi Life friends! (Video)

Nintendo UK released a new trailer for Miitopia for 3DS. The trailer shows how you can move all your Tomodachi Life Miis over to Miitopia. I loved Tomodachi Life. I still play it once and awhile. So I was definitely interested in Miitopia from the start. And then I played the demo, my interest level went up even more! The new trailer from Nintendo UK is really good. I love how they use Mii News to introduce the connection between…

New PS4 Remote from PDP

Almost two years ago, Performance Design Products launched a Playstation 4 media remote to be used with various apps on the Playstation Store. While the remote was very good in specific situations, there were a lot of unsupported apps, which made using the remote fairly frustrating. Despite the great design of that product, PDP decided to listen to customer and reviewer feedback and launch a smaller, sleeker, and more universal remote. When you compare the two remotes from PDP, the…

The Best Live Dealer Games

Gambling has been known as one of humanity’s favorite ways of making profit. Many consider it to be easy money that you can win in a couple of hours in order to secure yourself financially for the rest of their lives. This is rarely the case, however, as these players tend to spend their gambling profits on the same tables where they earned them. Still, there are some firm believers who identified the best games and gambling strategies for this…
