Nintendo On Xbox One This Weekend

While the article title sounds completely far fetched, it could actually become a reality if Nintendo doesn’t do something to stop it. According to Dual Shockers, a NES, SNES, Mega Drive and Gameboy Emulator is set to be released as early as this weekend on the Xbox One store.

Those on Playstation will not have access to this application as this is coming to the Xbox One via the Windows 10 App crossover. Without the ability to load and run universal windows apps, this will never come to Playstation.

I’m shocked this past Xbox certification this week, paving the way for this to hit the Xbox soon. Nintendo must be hard at work trying to stop this from happening. It seems as if the app will be easy to operate. Users will simply need to load ROMS onto a USB stick from a computer, pop it into their Xbox One, and away they go.

At GamesReviews.com we do not condone stealing property from others, and therefore will not be reviewing or providing any extra coverage on this topic. Hopefully Nintendo fires back and protects what is theirs; this approval from Microsoft is bewildering, and should not be tolerated.
