iOS Developer “Borrow” From Mario Kart, has $200 In-app Purchases

Fancy something a little bit Trials on the iOS app store, but not sure what you want? Maybe you search, only to come across Real Flying Racing Rider Hero from Li Huizhen. It seems familiar somehow. Why? Because they ripped their logo directly from Mario Kart.

And if you’re not at least slightly surprised someone would try to get away with that, maybe you need to take a look at the $200 he’s charging on individual in-app purchases.

This isn’t the only time Huizhen has borrowed from Nintendo either. Bike Racing Speed Legend seemingly stars Waluigi, until you actually click and see the screenshots.

Of course, to get the full experience in both of these free-to-play games, you’ll need to spend, spend, spend. Not a dollar here or there either – this is an app for those with money to burn. Take the Invincible Car for instance. A steal at $200. Same with the Violence SUV. Huizhen doesn’t want to catch all of your pennies at once though. He starts slowly, charging just a dollar for his “Bad Boy Moto.” Then you’ll need to shell out $20, then there are a variety of options at $40.

So in short, we may just have finally found the best iOS game going. Go, download it. And bring money.
