Borderland Pre-Sequel, Beyond: Two Souls could make it to PS4

There are plenty of games that deserve to come to PS4, and chief among them are The Last of Us and Grand Theft Auto V. So it’s no surprise that those are the titles Sony chose to highlight at their E3 conference earlier this year, but even then, there have been a couple of titles that would be expected to be cross-gen, but which haven’t had a mention… until now.

Beyond: Two Souls was a little late to the PS3 party, a video game built chiefly around its stunning visuals but then released at around the same time that things like Driveclub and Infamous: Second Son were getting a bunch of attention. A Swiss store has published a page for a PS4 outing of Quantum Dream’s latest, and have even included a PS4-case mock-up. Nothing official just yet, and it should be taken with a pinch of salt, but it might be a little ray of hope for those hoping Jodie and friends would make the jump.

Borderlands: The Pre-sequel was another game that seemed to make sense on PS4 and Xbox One, but which never happened. A major title getting a last-gen only release? Thankfully, the developers will quite happily go where the money is, so if enough fans want a next-gen version, they’ll consider making one.
