Just Cause 3: Mech Land Assault

Just Cause 3’s latest DLC offering is not anything crazy, and is definitely a step back from the DLC that launched earlier this year. While the Mech’s in Mech Land Assault are definitely fun to play around with, they cannot top the toys we got previously.

This is not to say that Mech Land Assault is bad! In fact, I really enjoyed using Mech’s to destroy a number of new locations spread across the numerous provinces. Fighting mechs is fun, destroying mechs is fun, and using mechs is, well, fun! I’m not sure I would use the mech over the wing suite, but when it’s available, I’m using it. There are multiple different mechs with different features, and I was surprised to find that they all play differently! The new island that is included with Mech Land Assault also encourages mech use on the island, which adds to the appeal of this pack.

What I like about this DLC is that it adds to Just Cause 3, and it is a game that deserves to have add ons. It’s fun, it was greatly overlooked or passed off, and that is a travesty. If you have not picked up Just Cause 3 and the season pass, I strongly recommend that you do. It really is a must-play title!

Here is what comes with the Mech Land Assualt DLC,
