Gears of War 4 Elite Controller Revealed
Gears of War will be the first title that will have simultaneous play across both Xbox One and PC. Any progress you make on Xbox will transfer over to PC, and vice versa. Every coop mode will also support cross play, says Ferguson. Microsoft also teased a Gears of War 4 Xbox One Elite controller, which looks really great.

The crowd went nuts for this announcement, and rightfully so. I hope all Xbox One and PC games in the near future support this Xbox program. Cross buy and play, at least on exclusives like this, should be mandatory going forward.
Laura Bailey joined Ferguson on stage to demonstrate the Gears of War 4 campaign. From what we can see, the game looks fantastic, although we understand that titles during press conferences often look better than the final product. Regardless, we are getting more Gears of War goodness this October, and that is all I care about!
At the end of the Gears segment, Microsoft teased a Gears of War 4 Elite Controller which looks absolutely unbelievable. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an Xbox One Elite console bundled with Gears alongside the games launch on October 11.
