Undead Dragons coming to Elder Scrolls Online
It has been a few months since I picked up Elder Scrolls Online and put some significant time into it, but with a new paid Dragon Bones DLC and free Update 17 on the horizon, that is about to change. Bethesda announced today that new features are coming to the popular online multiplayer experience, that brings not only new content, but features that long time fans have been asking about for a long time.

Xbox Kinect Officially Dead
Despite stopping production on the Xbox One Kinect in November, Microsoft was still pumping out the adapters necessary to play the Kinect on the Xbox One S and the Xbox One X. Well, they were at least, until this week when it was announced that they have also ceased production on that item as well, officially killing the Kinect. This should come at no surprise as many wondered why the Kinect made the generational jump from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One in the first place. Regardless, it really is a good feeling knowing this aspect of Microsoft's home console is gone. That's not a slight against Xbox either, but rather, a chance for the company to shift focuses.

When the clock ticks past 11:59 PM on New Years Eve and everyone celebrates a new year, its hard not to reflect on the past year, and what’s to come, whether in our personal lives, professional lives, or even our gaming lives. Nintendo easily won 2017, despite Sony having a really good showing, and although Microsoft launched a new console this year, it seems to have already sold the bulk of its units to early adopters, as sales have drastically trickled off. But what does 2018 have in store? Can Nintendo maintain - let alone build on - the successes of 2018? Can Sony build on a very solid 2017? And can Microsoft do anything to bring fans back? Xbox One X Coverage: ARK: Survival Evolved Looks Fantastic
I've been a long-time fan of ARK: Survival Evolved, and when Xbox released users statistics for 2017, it was no surprise to me that ARK was my most played game this year. The big draw to me for ARK is the gameplay, being able to jump into a game with friends, building crazy structures, taming a legion of dinosaurs, and exploring a huge open world is more important to me than graphical superiority. For the longest time - especially when the game was still in early access - it didn't look great, and at times, it handled even worse. Over this weekend I loaded up the new expansion for ARK, Aberration, and was blown away by how good the game looks enhanced on Xbox One X.

New Far Cry 5 Trailer: The Resistance
Far Cry 5 is Ubisoft's next highly anticipated title in the Far Cry series, and this time around, the developers are tagging America as its playground for some crazy, over the top mayhem. The early looks and videos of Far Cry have been spectacular, detailing a bit of the back story - a religious cult attempting to take over America - as well as some of the gameplay, which surprisingly includes fishing. Today, Ubisoft released yet another trailer for the game title, "The Resistance."

The fans of the ONE PIECE franchise are incredibly loyal bunch, and after playing Bandai Namco's first release on the Nintendo Switch, I was hooked myself. It's very much a JRPG, but with a number of unique elements that make the franchise pop like it does! Bandai Namco announced today that the next installment in the ONE PIECE franchise, ONE PIECE: World Seeker will be coming to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC next year. Bridge Constructor Portal Coming Soon to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC
The first Portal game is one of my favorite games ever. Its not a very long game but it packs a punch. And you gotta love that ending song! I never could get into Portal 2 though. I did enjoy GLaDOS appearance in LEGO Dimensions though. And now shes back! A new Portal spinoff game, Bridge Constructor Portal, has been announced. GLaDOS is narrating the trailer. 2018: Invasion of the Mega Men
Yesterday, Capcom announced a brand new Mega Man game that’s coming to all the consoles, including the Nintendo Switch! Plus, Mega Man Legacy 1 and 2 are coming to the Switch.
