As a rule, I am often skeptical of third-party accessories that claim to offer a boost in audio quality, especially when these accessories are reasonably priced. More often than not, accessories of this type will indeed created an amplified audio experience, but at the cost of heavy distortion. I'll be the first to admit that what Nintendo and LEGO revealed earlier this year was not quite what I was expecting when I heard that the two entertainment giants were going to partner together on a line of sets. With so much of the PC audio focus centered on headphones and wireless headsets, it can be easy to forget how enjoyable a nice set of desktop speakers can be. We've reviewed a number of PowerA products over the past few months, but just after Christmas, our good friends sent us a special Nintendo Switch Lite carrying case (review) and a GameCube style controller.
