FuturLab Announcing New Project Today

The team behind Velocity 2X, Futurlab, will be announcing another project today. The announcement will happen at the PlayStation Blog at 4pm BST and will no doubt continue their tradition of creating addictive, modern takes on classic genres. Aside from the fact that the announcement is happening - shared by James Marsden on Twitter - no other information about the new project has been announced.

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West Coming to PC, Re-released on PS3

The criminally underrated Enslaved: Odyssey to the West will be getting a re-release on PlayStation 3, and will be available to purchase for the first time on PC, Namco Bandai have today confirmed. There were rumours before - it showed up on the Australian classification board - but it's now official.

New Clip of Kingdom Hearts 3 Coming Soon

Final Fantasy VII Remake… Could Come to iOS

A Final Fantasy VII remake is something fans have wanted since at least the beginning of last generation, when Square Enix showed off a tech demo in which they recreated the opening movie from VII in PS3-quality graphics. It turned out to be nothing but a tease. That doesn't mean that a remake won't ever happen though, although it may not be quite what fans had expected.

Final Fantasy VI Remake coming to Mobile

Square Enix have today announced a remake of Final Fantasy VI - originally released as Final Fantasy III in the US - for mobile devices, due for release in Winter. It won't be a straight up port. The game will receive both visual changes and gameplay updates to fit with on-the-go gaming.

Late PlayStation 4 Pre-orders may Take Till Christmas to Deliver

Although those that ordered their PlayStation 4 with Amazon before August 6th are guaranteed their console at launch, the Online retailer isn’t so sure about those who pre-ordered after that date. Ken Levine has “No Solid Idea” on Bioshock Future

Although Bioshock Infinite will be built upon with DLC, the longterm future of the franchise is a little less certain Ken Levine has revealed. While Infinite received incredibly positive reviews, it took a long time to make and cost an awful lot of money and it may not have been enough to definitely secure new games, and almost certainly not in the foreseeable future.
