Pokémon Crystal Launches Today on Nintendo eShop

Many people may have forgotten that Nintendo made this announcement late last year, but today, Pokémon Crystal - originally launched on the Gameboy Color in 2000 - is releasing on the Nintendo eShop today! Widely considered one of the best Pokémon games launched to date, the title can be yours for about $15.00, and incredible value in my opinion. Check out all the details from the Pokémon Company, outlined below!

Sea of Thieves: Fun, But for How Long?

Ever since RARE launched the Sea of Thieves Alpha a number of months ago, I have been jumping into the game and trying it out during each alpha session. It has been really fun watching the game evolve in front of my eyes, and concepts, themes, and execution of the pirate idea is very well done. Two of my favorite Swedish developers - Image & Form and Zoink Games - have combined together under the Thunderful banner. Between the two companies, they have 46 employees, 20 years of being in the industry, 16 games released, and 9 games in development. The studios behind indie hits Steamworld Digg and Stick It To The Man are working on new titles currently, most notably FE which is being published by Electronic Arts. This is only good news for the game ...

So, if you are a subscriber, you can play Crackdown 3 on launch day, etc. For a long time, gamers have discussed the idea of 'renting' games from companies for a long time. Xbox Live and PS+ do this in a way, allowing you to keep playing the free monthly titles as long as you are a subscriber, but this is taking it to a ...

Vanishing of Ethan Carter Review Xbox One Update

At the very start of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, a message sprawls across the screen informing the player that this game does not hold your hand and that through atmospheric exploration you will discover the truth. This statement could not be more true, and only moments into gameplay it is clear that you are on your own. With nearly open world investigation and a subtle storyline that does not force the player into doing things in any particular order, you ...
