Plethora of Post Game Captain Toad Levels

The overall challenge you will face when playing Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker on Nintendo Switch is pretty minimal. There are a few challenging levels if you are attempting to collect all the gems, complete the secret objective, find Pixel Toad, and beat the time challenge, but overall, the game itself is pretty easy, earning respect and love from players because of the charming visuals and unique gameplay mechanics. But Nintendo added some post game content that will really push you to your limits, and some would say this is where the real game begins!

The post game bonus levels are incredibly difficult, as they throw more obstacles and hazards at you then ever before, and in levels like Toad Brigade – where you need to collect all the Toads within a level and still make it to the end – things really get crazy! This all on top of attempting to complete Mummy-Me Maze Forever, a task that took YouTuber Abdallah a few tries and well over an hour to complete.

If you want to say you’ve beaten Captain Toad 100%, you’ll need to compelte all these bonus levels as well, and they are likely to make you rip your hair out! Check out the video above of Abdallah playing through the time challenges for the bonus levels. You thought getting 4 toads through a level was difficult? Try doing it in less than a minute!

From Nintendo:

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, which originally launched for Wii U, is coming to Nintendo Switch. The new version includes new miniature courses based on various Kingdoms in the Super Mario Odyssey game. Also, anyone can play with a friend or family member by sharing a pair of Joy-Con controllers. While one player controls Captain Toad, the other can assist with things like turnip cover fire. Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker launches for Nintendo Switch on July 13. A Nintendo 3DS version of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, which includes stereoscopic 3D visuals and touch-screen controls, also launches on July 13.
