Digger Dan DX Is A Must Play For Puzzle Fans

Last week, a game called Digger Dan DX came out for the 3DS. The game costs only 99 cents (plus tax). There’s no way this game could be worth downloading right? Wrong. Digger Dan DX is well worth downloading, especially if you’re a fan of puzzle games. Let me tell you why!

Digger Dan DX is a 3DS game that costs 99 cents (plus tax). If you see it in the 3DS eshop and you love puzzle games, you should definitely download it.

Once upon a time, there was a game called Dig Dug. Digger Dan DX is inspired that game, but it takes digging in mazes to whole other level. You start off digging around for gems and it seems pretty easy at first. Then, you start running into boulders, different types of enemies, and other obstacles that try to get in you’re way. The levels start out pretty small, but become bigger and bigger as you progress through the game. Some of the mazes are pretty challenging, while others are not so bad. The true challenge of Digger Dan DX is that each of the levels are timed and have one hidden gem. Can you beat the clock AND find the hidden gem? Don’t worry if you can’t. The game will let you complete a level without beating the clock or finding the gem. If you don’t, that will give you plenty of reason to come back and replay a level. There’s so much variety and fun to be had in Digger Dan DX.

I’m amazed by how big a game Digger Dan DX is. You start out with a ton of Training levels, then go to Beginner, Advanced, and finally Expert levels. I’m currently in the Advanced levels. I still have a bunch of levels to complete. And just when you think you’ve seen everything the game has to offer, some new enemy and obstacle reveals itself or the game uses old elements in a devious new way. Digger Dan DX is a game that could easily have been sold for $4.99 or more. At 99 cents, the game is a steal.

Did I mention that Digger Dan has good graphics to? I didn’t?! What’s wrong with me? Digger Dan’s graphics are good, even the 3D gives the backgrounds a bit of depth. Digger Dan DX is so much better than you’d think it would be. I highly recommend this game to all puzzle fans!

Digger Dan DX is currently on the 3DS eshop. Buy it!
